As children bring their broken toys
With hopes, to us to mend.
So I bring my broken dream,
‘cause you are my FRIEND.
As children bring their precious things,
For us to safely keep,
So I bring my heart to you,
Burry it in your bosom deep.
As children hide in mother’s lap,
And feel all safe and sound.
So I am, secure and safe,
Always when you are around.
As children think their mothers’ are,
Like no one on this earth.
So you are my everything and,
Only I know your worth.
As children long to hear a tale,
Of king, queen and fairy.
So I long to hear from you,
Oh dear! That you love me.
